All of our merch, books, and physical goods are made to order, which means each item is custom-created just for you! Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
❌ We Do Not Accept Returns For:
Buyer’s remorse
Ordering the wrong size or variant
Slight color differences due to screen or fabric variations
Changes of heart once your spicy impulse has passed

If your item arrives with any of the following:
Visible damage from shipping
Major print or production defects (misplaced graphics, torn seams, severe misprints, etc.)
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue (including packaging if relevant)
A brief description of the problem
We’ll work with our print partners to get you a replacement as quickly as possible. In certain cases (especially lost/stolen packages or high-value orders), we may request that the damaged item be returned or that a police report be filed before issuing a replacement or refund.
